Checking Breakers and AC Disconnect (When Gateway is Online but Microinverters Are Not Reporting/Producing)

If your system gateway is online but the microinverters are not reporting or showing production in the app, please follow these steps:

1. Check the AC Disconnect (Eaton Box)

  • Locate the AC Disconnect box (Eaton).
  • Open the box and verify that the switch is in the ON position.
  • If the switch is OFF, turn it ON firmly.

2. Inspect the Enphase Combiner Box

  • Open the Enphase Combiner Box.
  • Inside, you will find breakers
  • Ensure that breakers are in the ON position.
  • If any breaker is tripped (in the middle position), switch it fully OFF first, then turn it back ON.

Additional Notes

  • After turning breakers back ON, allow a few minutes for the system to reconnect and start reporting.
  • If the issue persists, try rebooting the gateway.
  • If the problem continues after rebooting, further troubleshooting may be required (e.g., checking wiring, gateway communication, or contacting support).
