- Restart the Gateway - Unplug the Gateway from the wall, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Allow up to 5 minutes for it
to fully reboot and reconnect. Check the LEDs after restart. - Check your home Wi-Fi or network connection - Ensure your router is online and that the Gateway is within range. Changed Wi-Fi passwords or router firmware updates can cause disconnections. If your network changed, reconfigure the Gateway's Wi-Fi settings via the Enphase App.
- Check router settings for port blocking - The Gateway needs outbound access on ports 443 (HTTPS) and 8883 (MQTT). If your router has
strict firewall rules, temporarily disable them to test whether connectivity is restored.
Tip: If only the power LED is on and all others are dark, the Gateway has power but cannot find your
microinverters or internet. Start with interference removal and then check Wi-Fi setup.
If you are unable to reconnect your gateway to your wifi you can call Enphase and they can walk you through the reconnection process - Phone (US) - 1-877-797-4743
