Program Description
Rivertown Solar ("Rivertown Solar," "we," "us") offers an SMS/text messaging program to customers and prospective customers who opt in. Messages relate to your solar or roofing inquiry and project, including quote and proposal follow-up, site survey and appointment reminders, contract and document links, installation scheduling, project status updates, and customer support conversations.
How to Opt In
You can opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box when you submit the contact form at rivertownsolar.com/contact. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving a quote. If you previously opted out, you may opt back in by texting START to (914) 231-6866.

How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time. Reply STOP to any message (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL) to opt out. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
