We built this array on the offices of famed architect Stephen Tilly, a long time committed advocate of clean energy, and now a passive house consultant. We avoided the large south facing roof plane so as not to fundamentally change the asthetics of the historic Dobbs Ferry Playhouse.

Being behind a commercial meter, EL2, Stephen was able to apply non-residential megawatt block incentives to this project, there by offsetting nearly 80 percent of total project costs, when combined with Federal MARCS and the ITC.
